DELIVERY POLICY

We aim to dispatch orders within three working days of payments being cleared. Deliveries are made via a national courier service, usually next day, but in any case within 3 working days of dispatch.

Sun Frost Products

All Sun Frost Products are dispatched directly from the USA on an individual basis after payment has been received. Shipping and delivery times will vary. Purchasers will be notified of expected delivery dates and will be kept fully informed of shipping and delivery progress. Contact us for details of Sunfrost prices.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

Orders may be cancelled within seven working days of being received.

If you decide to cancel after the JK125/270 has been dispatched, it may be returned if it is unused and in its original packaging for a full refund, less our original delivery costs. Please return the goods to us within 14 days of your receiving them. The cost and responsibility for the safe return of the goods will be yours.

Sun Frost Products

Orders may be cancelled within seven working days of being received. Sun Frost products will not be dispatched within this seven day period. Once dispatched, goods may only be returned in accordance with the Sun Frost warranty terms and conditions below.

Damaged items

Before you sign for the goods, please inspect them to ensure that they have arrived undamaged. Any damages must be recorded on the delivery ticket. You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to notify us of any damages or shortages.

Damaged goods correctly notified to us will be replaced free of charge. If you choose to cancel the order rather than accept a replacement, you will be refunded your payment less our original delivery costs and you will be responsible for the return costs of the damaged items.

SUN FROST - LIMITED WARRANTY

Sun Frost warrants to the first consumer purchaser, for a period of two years from the date of purchase, that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. Sun Frost will, at their option, repair or replace the defective product or part at no charge to the purchaser for parts or labor, provided the unit is installed and operated in accordance with the written instructions provided with the product. In the event that an outside contractor is authorized by Sun Frost to do the repair, Sun Frost will cover all parts and labor exclusive of travel costs.

This warranty does not apply to any damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or neglect; nor to any unit that has been altered, modified, or tampered with in any way. In no event shall Sun Frost be liable or in any way responsible for any damage or defects in the product that were caused by a repair or attempted repair being performed by anyone not specifically authorized by Sun Frost to perform that repair.

If it is determined that a unit must be returned to the factory for warranty work, the purchaser will be responsible for shipping. Within the continental United States only, Sun Frost will pay to ship the repaired unit back to the customer. Outside the continental United States, goods returned for any purpose are done so at the expense of the purchaser.

This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential costs or expenses incurred by the use of this product, other than those explicitly stated herein. Within applicable law, no other warranty expressed or implied exists.
